I am not sure this will work on Intel based CPUs. The Tensorflow installation doc suggests the following command for installation on windows OS. Did any body get it installed on an Intel based CPU?

pip install --upgrade https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/windows/cpu/tensorflow-0.12.0rc0-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl
